• Simply send us an email with your order number and new comfort choice.
• we will post to you within 3 business day.
• when your comfort layer arrives simply unzip and replace.
• you can keep the original comfort layer just in case you find it was right.
• Only available on items within the 120 night comfort Trial category

• This Mattress comes with a zipper so the comfort layer can be replaced from soft to medium or firm in your home ease. 

  This Trial is an Added extra as have no rights over the standard warranty.
