Delivery Terms and Conditions.

Melbourne Mattress Factory offer a 2 person delivery service for most deliveries. Some smaller items my be delivered by 1 person. We will call you to arrange a day and 2 hour delivery window. We will do our best to deliver your item to the room in the safest manor possible, It is the customers responsibility be have clear and safe space for our drivers to safely deliver.

Please do not try to assist our delivery drivers whilst they are carrying your items or assist in guiding the driver into your property. This my course damage or harm to our drivers or your property, inside or out side, Melbourne Mattress Factory or our drivers will be liable.
